Shut in empty room for unknown time

What if you are shut in an empty room? And it is literally empty, except for a cot, a matress, a blanket to sleep on and a small toilet. You get one meal a day, but you can't see who gives you that. There is no way you can escape or come in contact with any human (you can't even see a human). And you don't know till when you are going to stay there. There is someone who is doing this to you but you don't know who that is.
